For NYC-based dental studio Tend, I led UX research on the sensory wellness experiences. Through journey mapping and spatial analysis, we analyzed lighting, sound, and scent to reduce anxiety and build trust.

The NYC flagship store served as Rent the Runway’s testing ground for the “closet in the cloud.” I led experience research to connect the front-of-house retail flow with the backend logistics that power the company’s subscription model. These insights shaped the backend systems that later scaled across RTR’s national network—proving that a single store can function as both a brand space and a live operations lab.
